Oasis of Calm in the City
Casa De Las Palomas was a delightful retreat after exploring vibrant Merida. The outdoor shower was an unexpected luxury, and the staff's friendliness truly made my stay special.
However, the breakfast selection felt limited, especially after a few days. A chair in the room would've enhanced the experience.

I stayed in the King Room with Garden View for 3 nights and loved the spaciousness and lovely decor. It opened up to a garden area, which was perfect for morning coffee. The only downside was that the outdoor shower felt a bit quirky and limited my privacy vibe. Plus, there weren’t any chairs in the room, which would have been nice.

Merida's vibrant culture and live music scene at nearby squares made our stay unforgettable. The courtyard was a peaceful spot for reading while the little ones napped. The suite was beautifully furnished, perfect for us as a family with two little children.
In my wife’s opinion, a small kid-friendly menu would enhance the experience.

I enjoyed my stay in a beautifully decorated space with spacious rooms that offered a nice view of the pool and palm trees. The hotel’s location was fantastic, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and local attractions just a lovely walk away.
However, I did experience some issues with service during my stay.

Charming Getaway with Exceptional Service!
We loved our six-night stay! The pool area was a peaceful oasis. Juan Paulo's personalized recommendations truly enriched our experience, especially the hidden dining gems. Breakfast was delightful, though a wider selection would have been ideal. Don’t miss the fresh juice! An absolute must for couples!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even opening the parking gates during a heavy downpour. The outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful garden area provided a relaxing ambiance, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. 🎉
The menu options at the restaurant could use some more variety, particularly fresh vegetables and lighter options.
